Getting to Know Your Dashboard

When you log in, your dashboard opens automatically. Here's what's waiting for you inside.

The Tools Section

This is your starting point, and it gives you three powerful ways to earn:

• Your personal link — share it freely with your followers or guests.
• A promocode with a 5% discount — generate one instantly. Want a personalized promocode? Just reach out to affiliate@kiwitaxi.com and we'll set you up.
• A referral link — send it to friends or colleagues. When they sign up through your link, you'll receive 5% of their earnings.

The Profile Section

Next, head over to your Profile to make the account truly yours. Here you can upload a photo, edit your personal information, and add details about your platforms and resources.

Payment Info

Click the Payment Info tab to choose your preferred payout method. It's worth checking the full list of available options so you can pick what works best for you.

And You're Ready to Promote!

That's it — you're set to share Kiwitaxi and earn a reward on every order. Here's the best part: you don't even need your link for correct attribution — your promocode alone does the job.

When a follower books through your link or promocode, all the details land in your Balance section. There you'll see your booking history, how much you earn per booking, and your total profit at a glance.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive earnings for a pending booking?

Your earnings are credited to your balance once a booking moves to Confirmed status, which happens after the drop-off date. Until then, bookings stay in Pending status, and you'll see the potential earnings displayed in your booking history. So nothing is lost — it's simply waiting to be confirmed.

Why is a booking missing from my reports?

No need to worry if a booking doesn't appear right away. Statistics update every few hours — and in rare cases, once a day — so a booking can take up to 24 hours to show up.

If more than 24 hours have passed and you still can't find it, contact us with confirmation documents or any details that can help us track it down in our system.

How does the Referral program work?

It's a simple, four-step cycle:

1. Copy your referral link from your dashboard.
2. Share it with creators, publishers, or developers interested in travel monetization.
3. They sign up for Kiwitaxi Influence through your link and become your referrals.
4. Everyone earns — you get rewarded when your referrals start earning, and your referrals get rewarded for every booking they make.

How do I create and use affiliate links?

An affiliate link is a URL that sends users to a Kiwitaxi website. What makes it special is a unique partner ID built into it — this ensures every sale made through your link is attributed to you and counted toward your rewards.

Creating one couldn't be easier: open the Tools section in your Kiwitaxi Influence account and copy your link. That's it!

Can I use a QR code with my affiliate link?

Absolutely — and we especially recommend it for our hosts. You can create a QR code that points to any page on the Kiwitaxi website (known as a "deep link"), sending your audience straight to a specific product or offer.

How often are payouts made?

Payouts run automatically once a month, by the 20th, as long as you've reached the minimum payout amount and filled in your payout details.

One important reminder: adding a payout method is essential for receiving your earnings. Be sure to set it up on the Payment Info tab in your Profile section.
